I love all aspects of the birth experience. This is why I love to be a doula.

I am a birth doula. I have been learning about birth and gaining more experiences and I would love to help you during this precious time of your life, if this isn't such a precious time I am here for you. Doulas have hands and a heart that care, and I want you to know I care for you and the baby in your womb.

I believe women have natural instincts to birth a baby, but medication is sometimes needed and there is help when you need it.

What is a DOULA?
Doula means "a woman who serves" in greek. Doulas are trained professionals who give continuos support to an expectant, laboring, and/or postpartum mother and her family.
​
A birth doula's role is to help you have a positive and safe birth experience. Many studies have shown that having a doula as part of your support team can be of benefit in numerous ways.
You can have a doula at any birth scenario: a home birth, birth center, or hospital. The doula works for YOU and has your best interests at heart.
