Free Consultation
We set up a consultation to get to know each other. This is in a public place. I have a few questions for you and you can ask me all you need. If we agree to work together I see you at your 36 weeks appt.
Phone & Email Support
I am always there for you through email, phone call or text. I always want you to know I am there to help you through whatever is on your mind.
2 Prenatal Visits
I go with you to your 36 week appointment with your care provider. I meet you at the location. I also can meet you at your 38 week appointment, if you choose, or there is complications with your birth.
Professional Information
All the information you provide me is confidential. You will sign a paper as well as I stating all necessary information. DONA International also get necessary paperwork.
During labor
When you feel ready I come to your birth, whether it is at home, a birth center, or the hospital. I am committed to stay with you from once I get there till baby's first feeding or 1 hour after birth (unless otherwise stated with you directly).
Baby’s first feeding Support
I will help you with your baby's first feeding and the latching support you need. After I go home you are always welcome to contact me for further support.
Postpartum follow-up visit
After the birth I provide one postpartum visit in the comfort your home. During this time you can share any doubts or concerns you may have.
As a Doula, I Do Not:
Perform any clinical tasks
As a doula I am not responsible for any medical care.
Make decisions for you
YOU ultimately make the decisions for your birth.
Speak to the staff on your behalf

As a Doula, I will help you with:
Breathing Techniques
Relaxation Techniques
Laboring Positions
Massage for comfort
Making sure you eat and drink
Unlimited emotional, physical (non medical) and informational support
Total cost is $500.
$100 is due at the first (36 weeks) prenatal visit. The rest is due at birth.
Check with your insurance providers, some provide doula services for free.
